Consultation
The consultation will last approximately 45 minutes and we will work through a health medical questionnaire in which we will discuss if there are any contraindications. The consultation is relaxed and it’s a time for you to discuss with me about your expectations of massage and how we can best work together. This time and space will give you the opportunity to highlight any concerns you may have and will help me get to know you more.
